ALECT.AI sends service and account text messages to people who expressly opt in, including requested AI-agent testing messages, appointment confirmations, report notifications, and support follow-ups. Our current program supports testing and service workflows, not promotional campaigns. Future promotional texts will require a separate opt-in and an appropriately registered messaging program; service consent does not authorize marketing.
At alect.ai/assessment/start, complete the assessment and enter your contact details. To receive SMS, separately select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box next to the phone field, then submit the form. You can complete the assessment without selecting it. We record an affirmative selection with a server timestamp, the form URL, and the disclosure text and version. Providing a phone number alone does not grant SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This program does not rely on verbal consent or purchased contact lists.
You can control your SMS subscription at any time by replying with the following keywords:
