ALECT.AI sends transactional text messages only. This includes contract and e-signature document links, appointment and installation scheduling messages, and payment confirmations. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS at this time.
Consent is captured in two ways: (1) through website forms that include SMS disclosure text alongside the phone number field, and (2) through verbal consent on recorded service or sales calls. In both cases, your consent and a timestamp are stored in our CRM.
You can control your SMS subscription at any time by replying with the following keywords:

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies — we only text in response to your requests or scheduled events.
